HOUSE PREPARATION

The house will be stocked with everything you need! Just send us your grocery list and we will have it all waiting at the house for you.

PVR AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

We offer complimentary coordination of your transportation to and from Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) and the house.

WELCOME REFRESHMENTS

The Casa Amigos team will greet you at the house with fresh margaritas and our homemade house salsa and guacamole.

DAILY CLEANING

There will be daily care and cleaning of all the spaces, both indoor and outdoor at the house.

We take care of all guest laundry during your stay—one less thing to think about while you relax.

FULL-TIME STAFF

Our core team includes an on-site house manager and concierge, housekeepers, a full time gardener, and cooks for both breakfast and dinner.

PRIVATE BEACH

“Burros” surf break is reached through our private, gated community of Punta del Burro, offering quiet mornings, long walks, and world-class surf just steps away.

We want families of all ages to feel at home. Casa Amigos offers two cribs, a high chair, a toddler booster seat, and three car seats for your convenience.

Located within a gated community with 24-hour security, guests can enjoy added peace of mind while relaxing in the beachfront neighborhood.

GUEST CONCIERGE

Our house manager and concierge coordinate every detail of your stay, from transportation and reservations to special requests, so everything runs smoothly from arrival to departure.

ENHANCE YOUR STAY

Looking to make your stay even more memorable? These services can be added to your reservation and arranged in advance by our team.

  • Breakfast service is offered between 8am-10:30am. It is optional and guests pay grocery costs + $5/person cook fee.

    Dinner service is offered between 5pm-7pm. It is optional and guests pay grocery costs + $10/person cook fee.

    *Kids under 10 are half off*

  • Botanas y bebidas…drinks and authentic Mexican snacks. We offer this service on the days we are not making your dinner.

  • For those who know how to navigate the Mexican roads, we offer rental of the house suburban.

  • As a courtesy, we can call our friends to pick you up. We have familiar faces with many car options to get you anywhere you want to go.

  • We have soft top surfboards at the house for anyone looking to rent. For advanced surfers who don’t travel with their own boards, we can get you set up with a local ride.

Gratuity

Our staff takes great pride in caring for you during your stay. They truly are the heart of Casa Amigos. In appreciation of their dedication, we recommend a gratuity of $15 USD per guest, per day.

Check In &Out

Standard check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. When possible, we’re happy to accommodate early arrivals or late departures with advance notice.

Grocery costs vary depending on your group's size and preferences. We’re happy to help estimate costs and coordinate grocery shopping before your arrival.
